I am sooooooo looking forward to another wonderful Hurricane season.....NOT! LOL I also have a couple of shots of Wilma, Quuick funny story though. I have a folder of Wilma shots and being that we had so many I forgot there was a Wilma and thought I named it wrong. Seeing this post just affirmed I'm not losing my mind LOL

We complain about the weather over here, but we have it pretty lucky. But you can see the seasons literally changing, snow in April. Climate change before our own eyes

I don't know what good composition is.... Sometimes for me composition has to do with a certain brightness or a certain coming to restness and other times it has to do with funny mistakes. There's a kind of rightness and wrongness and sometimes I like rightness and sometimes I like wrongness. Diane Arbus

Yep, here's hoping for a quiet hurricane season for us Floridians. Here in Pensacola, we have been hit directly two years in a row by major storms (Ivan and Dennis). Plus about 2 tropical storms that made their way to us. This year, I am a little more prepared than previous years though. Generator, and AC will be running this year if one comes our way.

I hope you have a better year down there, God knows you've had a rough time these past years. Worldwide weather patterns have been really whacked lately, it's a wake up call for all of us to do something about the state of environment. Belated Happy Earth Day all!

The worst we have is rain, and out land is built for it.

I cant imagine living where you actually have to fear the weather...dont understand it either for that matter...LOL

Oh I figure that no matter where ever one lives there is always something! Earthquakes, tsunamis, blizzards, tornados, monsoons, mud slides. So we do hurricanes, at least we have some warning when they are on their way. When the power goes out for a couple of weeks it is kind of like an urban camping trip gone horribly wrong. We make the best, enjoy time with the neighbors and take lots of pictures. After all...isnt the generator really on for recharging camera batteries?:p
