So I ordered my 30D from B&H yesterday and when I told my wife she asked, " I thought you were'nt going to get a new camera, I thought you said it wasnt much better than yours?" ... then she looks at me with a puzzled look on her face and says.. " Is this a Penis thing?" I wasn't expecting that so I didnt know what to say, so I thought it through and finally said, Yes... Yes it is!
She didn't know what to do since I obviously didn't give the answer she was expecting, so she told me ... "clean off your desk, it looks like a bomb went off on it" then walked away.
Does that mean she won???
lol, I guess that is why I love her!

A 30D is a pretty good jump from a 350D , and you shgould get reasonable resale on the 350D - so it's not that bad, truthfully - is it...?
Tho if you did promise not to get one and then you did, you are toast, and a reciprocal 'present' would be in order!
Do you think she might like your old 350D?

The fact that you think it is possible to win shows it is a penis thing. :)

people will always try to stop you doing the right thing if it is unconventional

you should've held off from admitting it until you went out and buy some long L lenses! Now that's for the penile compensation. LOL! Too late now.

Damn, I originally thought that you had upgraded from the 20D, then you would've been in really big trouble.

Sure. And every pair of shoes she owns is a vagina thing. Now I wonder who has made the greater investment in his/her genitalia.
