What do you guys think?
The left eye on the second pic is a little soft, I know.

1st shot. If profile, go profile.
Notice how cheek line on back side looks "out of place".

2nd photo ... love it. Mom will love it and you will probaly be a hero.
Next time, when you have this pose, ALWAYS move the eyes back to the lens for another shot. Especially these eyes.
Now if you really wanted me to get picky, notice the thread at the forward coller - photoshop that out. Oh ... probalby a tad red, but that is easy to play with.

I hadn't really noticed, but now I definitely do. Thanks for pointing that out, it's a valuable tip.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, mom does love it, but my job was easy here! I wish I would have thought to just say his name so he would have looked straight into the camera. You are definitely right about his eyes. Here's a good one of how great his eyes are. I wasn't going to post it because I found it hard to crop with mom not looking at the camera, but, again, he makes the shot come alive.
