That is a really stange and well executed photo. The smoke looks like a solid. I would put this photo in the "novelty" bin for fun. Cool!

I like the shape and thikness of the smoke but I think the lower left part of the smoke needs to be lit a little bit more..

no seriously...i think it looks pretty good...but a little more contrast might make the image pop a little more.

and for future reference, black backgrounds are amazing for smoke.
