I would like to suggest that Tim's category of "Chatty Windbag" was ok when introduced, but is now becoming a little demeaning. Could it be restored to a standard category?

I suspect that if he wanted it to be changed, he'd have asked. It was created in jest, and is still rightly accepted as such.

Demeaning to whom? You or him? He chose the title, so he's obviously okay with it. And he is a chatty windbag so...

Time to REcharge your sense of humor and not take life so seriously. :)

Enjoy!!!

Tim is an ex-moderator on this forum who decided he wanted to step down. He remains on very good terms will all of the current moderators and Pekka. I am sure that if he wished his title changed, he wouldn't be shy about asking one of us to do it.

Title changes, like Tim's, Pet-Kal's (where's he gone? another computer crash?), and Dante King's, are at the individual's request, or as the result of a competition (primoz and ssim, for example). The only changes to a title that don't get specifically requested are the "standard" ones related to your post count (Junior member, Member, Senior Member, Goldmember, Cream of the Crop). When Tim gets tired of being a "chatty windbag" he'll tell us, if that's not a contradiction.

Tim has helped me innumerable times on this forum. I hope he stays a chatty windbag for a long time to come.

Im surprised Tim hasn't showed his chatty face in this thread yet.

I wonder how many people know what a real Kiwi is though?
