pro 1 macro question

can anyone give me any tips on macro on this camera I use supermacro mode but someone told me that regular macro takes better shots and lets you have a better DOF. can someone give me some tips ? any help would be great im going to take some pics today and Ill up them later

I have used both not sure theres that much difference in the two.
On the super macro you have to be further away than on the macro its a bit confusing sometimes and you will be trying to shoot something and its not clear and you cant get it clear its all in the distance when using the super macro.

I think that this post of mine will help to remember the allowed zoom settings and distances to the subject when shooting Macro and SuperMacro with the Pro1.
