Here's one from today while I was researching amphibians at Mt. St. Helens.
This little guy was found in a small pond near the blast zone from 1983. The spring-fed pond s/he was in was no more than 16x20 feet and it was ringed by Red alders. For those who know the area it was on the Hummocks Loop Trail #229.
For those interested, the latin name is Rana aurora, and this is the biggest native frog found west of the Cascades. It was found at the upper limits of it's known altitude range of 3000 feet.
