My Golden Retriever, sorta

Not crazy about this shot as a whole but I still struggle getting good, sharp, properly exposed shots and I thought this one came out well... shot with the 100mm f/2.8 macro which has so far proven to be an amazing and fun lens.

thats certainly a interesting shot. I was expecting to se more face, maybe some nose and teeth. i like how the dog, came out perfectly exposed along with the sky and fluffy clouds. well done!

Just finshed Understanding Exposure and was messing around with "where to meter" to get both the dog and sky properly exposed... this was as a result of metering the highlights on top of her head.

I'd quite prefer to see her whole face in the shot but wasn't concentrating much on the composition - not that this wasn't intentional either though
