We were on a forest walk where you pass through the trunk of a HUGE living Strangler Fig that's hollow in the centre. I casually pointed my camera directly up and took this shot. (Sorry for the poor quality)

On the way back, I noticed some bones and bird poo on the path directly under the tree. My wife looked up and spotted a Sooty Owl roosting way up in the top of the tree (inside). See if you can see him. I looked up for ages and I couldn't see the damn thing.

It's beaten me. I thought I saw it by the small hole in dead centre, just to the right of it. But the closer I look the more likely it isn't.

Later, I climbed up the trunk with my 70-200 and flash and got a shot of him close-up. I'll post that here later.
