thank you very much Dan

it's a method very simple to use
but really only if the original picture is suitable in ways which 'take'
the original photo needs that something

I saw the pkt. by sheer fluke when in the computer store one day some while ago
it's photo art master classic
(Fo2Pixi.com)
it's only the very cheap version but seems to be fine for what I wanted

it would be no use saying what exactly was done
as each different shot will need different attention
and will only be seen as one works on the shot at the time,
as to what's needed
(for that shot in your eyes)
the rest is really straightforward using what the package gives

very many thanks Superdiver

there is not a lot of change from the original photograph
but subtle enough to make it more dreamy
you can see in the reply above what I done to the picture, if you like
the garden was a bit cluttered looking with the tree planted right in front of the seat
( they had a small space to show it all in the larger gardens)
but otherwise it was all quite beautiful

not sure what it is called
I just call it a 'painting ' effect
takes the edge of reality sometimes even though the garden in reality was beautiful
but the dreamy colours seems to blend better in a 'painting' effect

Work of an arstist Marie, the only benefit of the arstist`s painting would be to take away that distracting small tree in front of the bench.

yes, thank you Dimitry
even trying to take the picture in the first place was difficult
with the tree planted right there just in front of the bench.
I wanted to move it

then wondered about it
and realised it maybe was just for show overall
kindof in a tight corner of the bigger scene

still..........

but they are the experts
and I am sure they knew what they were doing
maybe to have the blossoms merge overhead very close to the seat

or .......perhaps they wanted to make sure no one sat down on the bench

you know,
' keep off the grass ' and all that

:(
