...............is this considered cheating? :lol:

It has been up for a few days, finally saw something other than crows and grackles. I have no idea what this bird is so ID help is appreciated. The nap on the head thows me off a little.

It's a female Northern Cardinal. It's a nice shot. If there is a branch near the feeder the bird will often land on it before the feeder and you might get a good shot there.

Cool thanks for that, I wasn't sure as it appeared to have more red in the wing than I thought.

Here are a few more. I went and bought a hummingbird feeder, nectar and all. I haven't seen one yet, maybe they will come around.
