One thing that I really love about living in Japan is the vast number of cute streetsigns. If you ever come to Japan you'll soon realise that the general consensus is 'cute is good'. You'd expect it on commercials, posters etc., but not on signs intended for information. I'll try to take some better examples, but here's a couple to start with. Maybe the others living in Japan can also add :)

(I know I oversharpened the taxi one... sorry)

Common in Japan, I surmise :) Thanks for sharing this, they somehow remind me of those Sanrio products.
