In an "Indoor - Open Air" market in Dresden. I was grumpy at having to pay €3.00 each for a Red Bull, (Jees, that $15.00 American for one morning dose!) then I came around the corner and saw this! Wow, I was just amazed that so much stuff could be crammed into one rack. I was only about 3 feet from this, and had to get out my wide angle lens, hence the distortion in the corners. And 19mm on a 5d is really 19mm. Couldn't have done this on a "cropped" sensor. Man I love that camera!

But, I am not quite sure if this is an everyday tourist shot, or if there is any merit above that. (I am my own worst judge of that - to my eyes, EVERYTHING I take is worthy of framing, hanging, and most importantly - someone else buying!)

None the less, here we are. Comment and Critique Please:

the distortion is really distracting, and i'm not sure the horizon's level anyway...

also, it's frustrating to my brain that you're not absolutely dead center/parallel with the rack... it appears your were turned slightly to the right , standing slightly to the left...

all that said, it is a neat shot :)

Very nice, Rad. I think you got it!
Good lighting and good exposure and color balance. The wide angle was a necessity and doesn't give me any problems.

Couldn't you get one of those pretty Saxon Frauelein to stand behind and smile?

Sorry, but just out of frame was a big Herren in Lederhosen named Gunter. And he was not going to smile!
