Hello

When I transfer my movie file to my PC, the films plays at 3 or 4 times the speed! However when played on the camera its at the correct speed.

Any ideas on whats wrong?

Thanks

Ian

And with both you're having problem.

Have you tried to view it on another computer (to be 100% sure the problem is not from you pc). If you don't you can always send me a small clip to jslessard@ifrance.com (external link).

If you do and you're having the same problem, maybe check if you have the latest firmware on you cam. If you don't ... upgrade it.

If you do, go where you buy your cam, and explain it to them.

Try playing it with QuickTime. The program is on your Canon Digital Camera SOlutions Disk.

Thanks, that seems to have solved the speed issue! I assumed that all media players would work, but obviously not!
