PS IR Conversion

I'm still a newbie at PS.:cry: I read an article about IR conversions in PS. Please let me know what you think. If you do any corrections please tell me how and why. Thanks for the input.

Notice the difference in the one I did? Look at the eyes espeacially. There is less grain. I lowered the saturation of the image to keep the quality. Its always better to have a nice photo than to follow a guide that makes your photos look grainy. Not that the guid is a bad thing but just my 2 cents.
