Hi all

I spent last weekend looking for the Harlequin Duck. It's not the easiest duck to capture but I got rather lucky this time. ;-)a Hope you like the outcome. Please feel free to comment.

Okay, that did it. Iceland is on my list of places to visit.

Great shots, once again, Sindri.

Excellent shots Sindri - thanks for sharing these as I haven't seen one although I have heard about them. I have added them to my short list of gorgeous ducks: Manadrin, Wood and now also Harlequin.

Awesome shots! Very sharp, great scenery. Possibly the most beautiful duck. We in NJ are lucky enough to get nearly the largest population on the east coast in the same area every winter. It's always a 'must see' for birders. They are so approachable and seem happy to get their pictures taken!

Terrific shots, Sindri. It was well worth your search!! All shots of the ducks are so sharp and colorful; they really show how beautiful these ducks are. And the water in #3 and #5 looks so real, it looks like its going to come pouring out of my monitor_and the ducks right along with it. Fantastic job!!

This is a wonderful shot!

All of them are very well done, but I really like this one. Harli's are such beautiful ducks and you have done them justice with this series! Were these all taken with the Bigma?

I'm a sucker for duck and goose pics!!
