Eastern Phoebe on burgeoning branch

Taken at the Mer Bleue bog last Saturday. There is a pair building a nest which I will certainly be monitoring. This tree, which is close to said nest, is now in beautiful spring mode...offering nice fresh greenery to photos.

EXIF for both: 1/800s, f/8, ISO400, -1/3 EC, 400mm.

Lovely tones, nice composition and image is sharp with excellent detail. Great lighting on subjects.
We'll have to trade locations...I've got Osprey and A Red-Tail we can get to within 10- 15 feet....

Both very good captures. Composition is good on both shots. I like the first a little more because of the birds position and he is facing that small plant. nicly done!
