That's a very good wing flapping pose but you've still managed to retain the details on the wings. Nicely done.

I really really like this picture alot ,,, for how dark it is you've managed to expose the bird nicely ,,, really nice detail colors are good I M H O composition is excellent ,,, I wish it was mine

Beautiful pose and I love the underwing detail. It is a bit dark on my monitor though Zip. If it was mine I would take +10% of the shadows out of the shot.

Thanks Gary! The darkness was deliberate. Shot this with an exposer comp of - 2 2/3, with the idea of bring light back in PS. I was looking to stop the wings and needed the extra shutter speed and also wanted to expose the whites just right. Very hard to do on these guys and keep there color. I was going to bring the light back in the whole picture but decided to do just the duck.

Would like to thank everyone for there comments. They help me get better.:)
