Giraffs from Africa

We had the honor of visiting Africa last summer and seeing the Giraffs was the highlight of my trip.

it must have been awsome. Funny, but africa is not on my holiday list. Hope u had a great time.

Tina, it wasn't on my either... DH came home Nov, 2004 and said, "how about going to Africa next June?" My reactionw was I can think of at least 10 other places to go before Africa. Well, my DH is an avid hunter (archery) and I did know this was a dream of his since a child. After deciding we were going, we would run into people who had already gone and they told us we would go the first time and then want to go back again. They are so right... its a beautiful place in its own right. The animals are marvelous, the people are unique and so sincere. We would have gone back this year except the Rand (their currancy) has gone up and the exchange rate is so high, we just cant afford it this year. But we will return...
