After all this time; someone has finally pointed out the fact that I have never posted the darn "Obligatory" Duck shot. I argued that in fact I posted a few... "Golden Eyes, Common Merganser, & Canada Goose" It was said that I MUST post the DUCK ! if I truly wish to be accepted...;) So after a meagre 50 actual picture posts....Here is "MY DUCK"...:rolleyes:

Congratulations! This must mean you're now in this duck club. Your ducks are quite good. I love it that Mallards have both Green and Purple heads. Thanks for sharing:D

Very nice with the first one having quite the blue color in the head. I prefer the second shot though for the exposure, color, environment and pose. Nice one! I guess you are now accepted :D

Thanks Rathke; Oh; How I longed to be be in the "Duck Club"..;) You know; I never realized that Mallards had both Green & Blue Heads. I have seen a few now. At first; I thought it was the way the light reflected off their iridescent feathers.
