This starling was setting about this fat ball with gusto

Nice shots, starlings really love those fat balls when i put them out they only last a couple of hours.

i dont usally like to see birds on a man made perch so to speak but this one works well because Starlings are our typecal garden birds that get into everything if food is about ,i like No1 the best with his meen look .

thanks....... I was actually in the garden taking macro shots and there were loads of starlings about , wiring into the fat balls so i thought i'd change lens and fire off a few shots.
They are just so bold it's untrue........... they weren't bothered by me in the least
