Angled well, slight tilt of the head, not centered, good focus, good skin tone. white balance good, BG blurred making the portrait stand out. To me it's perfect.

Nice.

I feel the image is too sharpened around the hair, though.. or is that my monitor?

It does look like it a little. I had to resize to get down to the 100K limit, and I got carried away with the sharpening I think... Thanks!! - Keith

It looked a little "greenish" to me. You might want to "adjust for skin tone" and "cool" the picture a little bit.

It could be my monitor too, though.

I do like the pose and the composition.
