Another from my high speed test's,
i followed this guy till he was almost over my head and took the shot, 1dmk2 1/6000 sec f4 iso 400

Excellent shot Rob., perfect detail and great series you have going here. Please tell me Rob how did you get so much light on the underside of this bird at that speed? Looking foreward to your next 'freeze' pics.

it flew over my swimming pool as i took the shot so it is the light reflected from the pool lighting the underside.
