The color space you are working in (Adobe RBG) causes the shot to look more cyan than it is in your editing program. When opened in an Adobe aware program, it looks good.

Nice expressions on both, but I would tell the shooter to watch the backgrounds. It looks like there is some sort of spear going through both your heads.

Here is a quick fix in CS2. I raised the saturation 10 steps, raised the contrast 5 steps then burned out the hot spot on the right side of your fore head. Great shot.

I also find the second version to be over saturated, something in between would work best.
