We take off for the Magee wildlife area near Toledo Ohio this coming Friday for International Migratory Bird Weekend. Hope to see at least 15 species before they jump over to Point Pelee Ontario. We'll rape the horses and ride off on the women

The striking blue sky set's of this beautiful bird well. All good captures of the yellow rumped warbler. Canon 5D + Canon 20D + Canon EOS 300

Very nice shots and a good comparison of the two populations of Yellow-rumped Warbler (used to be two seperate species): the Myrtle with the white throat patch and the Audubon's with the yellow throat patch. Audubon's is a western NA race, while Myrtle is present throughout. We get mostly Myrtle in Texas. MIKEIVAN
