I have visited Fort Desoto once in the winter. It was a very windy day and the pickings were slim. I am planning another trip there real soon. I also heard that Honeymoon Island in St Pete/Pinellas also has some nice offerings. Have you visited Honeymoon Island...

Can't ever seem to find one of these in C.F. I think I need to head down that way soon. These are my favorite egrets. Knowing how the sun is around here this time of year you did a commendable job.

Wow, I'd love to see that bird. We get reports of them in our area, but they are tough to find. Excellent pic.
