A few more from Heathrow Airport.

A different perspective of the escalators.

These joints are pretty large. They are part of the structure holding up the building and can be seen in other images.

There were interesting shapes in the roof.

I do not like the sepia (it's just a matter of taste), but your architecture composition are awesome, well done !!

You are the one who inspired me last time with your wonderful images. Also the lady who lives in Tallinn, Estonia.
My nifty 1.8 isn't as good as this copy. Have since bought myself a Canon 1.4 which I love.
Having it for a period of time and taking so many pictures with it changed my view of shooting at 50mm!

Thank you Joayne! When I told my husband that I had stayed for about 1 1/2 hours after he went through to customs, he asked why as there was nothing to shoot!
The light was horrid as it was heavy cloud and low light. Some of the images are at ISO 3200 which isn't that great on my 7D.

I feel embarrassed that you re-did your post processing for me
But wooowww lovely B&W which IMVHO put your pictures to the next level !
Your B&W remind me someone who told me long time ago.
"B&W it's not just a gray scale, it should have enough black and enough white with enough contrast between them, to be a "Black" and "White""
I love your B&W it is perfect IMO.
You are very talented with architecture, like the forth with the escalator ... how did you see that ? woooow !!
Each of your picture are very well composed and absolutely neat, thank you a lot for the great pleasure you provided to my eyes and thank a lot for the lovely B&W

Reservoir Dog, I have no problem at all with anybody making suggestions on how to improve my images. I am still learning and appreciate feedback.
Delighted that you enjoyed them...there are a lot more to come!

This is a huge sculpture in the outdoor courtyard designated for smokers. Thankfully not many were out there when I visited!
It was designed by Turner Prize-nominated artists Langlands & Bell. It is glass and neon representing global destinations as airport codes. They light up in changing patterns.

Difficult to get a decent shot of it because of all the trees in the way.

From inside the terminal. I then had to find a way outside to get more shots.

Here you can see the lights starting to go out. Each one when out in turn before starting to light up again.
