I had deleted the original. Sorry. But I do know, that was a single shot area because I do not have that much overlap in my panos and I would have centered the shot on the back of the chalkboard. Here is another one from yesterday to show how I took the shot. A few things have been moved and it is very close to the original spot.....

I often talk about how big the tree in the back yard is but can never do it justice. So I tried it this morning. It took 9 shots and had to put it in a pano to even get most of it in. Just for reference, the fence around the garden in the back is 48 feet long......

Time to spin some vinyl. Which one to choose?

Don't know what happened on this one. Guess it was focusing on the branches .Oh well. Got to give the good with the bad. Spotted a wild turkey out in the field in the rain........

Finally got around to micro focusing the Nifty. man, it was waaaayyyyy off. My Canon 7d allows for 20 stops to the front or rear. It took all 20 stops of front focus to get it halfway there. You can see in the first photo how it was at neutral , as it came setting. Focus is off and soft. On the scale 24 is exactly the front of the box

After adjusting 20 stops back, it only got worse. So I went 20 stops to the front which is as far as I can go. And this is what I got. Dramatically different and very close. Again 24 being dead level with the front of the box. Looks like about 25 1/2 would be perfect.
