Where's Nifty?! #2

I thought before sending Nifty off, I would take it with me and on my way to the supermarket shoot things en route. I can tell you one thing and that is that shooting with a Nifty when riding a bike doesn't work. I did it with the Samyang 14mm once and that gave me some great images, but the Nifty shots I took this way were all out of focus and not in a good way...

But here's the first batch of shots that are probably boring as duck but it's the world I live in.
I actually took the shots when I came back from the supermarket on my way home.

I liked how these shots turned out. They worked best in B&W.

The long road home. No cars allowed.
The city is so green now.

On the left side of the long road home, old buildings. They were built and used for storing goods, brought in by ships. In modern days the buildings were made into apartments. The shrubberies and hedges harbour many birds. I have often photographed House Sparrows here. And several Tits.

they look like something that someone was paid an awful lot of money to design, can't imagine they're comfortable though!

Just checked my messages again and Ron Bailey has not looked a my messages yet regarding Nifty. I think we need to add a new category for the missing nifties...

At present we would like anyone wishing to host have at least a 200 post count or have been active on POTN for a year. Hopefully this will reduce the number of people that do not participate in a timely manner, or "forget" to move Nifty on to the next host, or simply don't care.

* Though, this doesn't seem to alter the fact that people tend to forget to send Nifty on and tend to post very little... with some exceptions! And now there is Euro Nifty, en route but apparently having problems getting to where it needs to go in Denmark.

The blessings of Track&Trace. After the driver was "en route" the next message was "address incorrect" but since the address was correct and has received Nifty before (including once from myself), we have no idea what is going on. RedJames and I have been corresponding about it and it's a mystery to both of us. RedJames will call the depot where Nifty resides at the moment tomorrow (Monday) to see if he can solve this conundrum.

Of course I'm now beginning to wonder if I did something stupid, but although I have a history of doing stupid things, I can't recall having done that this time.

We will keep you informed!
