North Beach, WA, Oz - Where's it going wrong?

Hi,

Took this on Sunday at North Beach, near Perth, at a BBQ on Sunday.

It's small image now because I saved it onto Fotki but I just wanted a few comments about where and why it looks 'wrong'.

Im not 100% happy with it, but I couldnt for the life of me tell you why, it just doesnt look very good to me... can you help? Not sure if it needs a crop, Im sort of thinking it does, but I cant see where!

The horizon is bisected, focusing more on the sky or the ground would help.
The color is not sautarted and the shot doesn't feel warm as it could (could be due to the small size of this one though). The sky is a little bland as there is no clouds/birds/things there to add texture.

I would probably crop the sky down to where it turns orange, just to take the horizon from the centre of the shot. You could maybe crop in from the left a little too, if it's still not working for you..
