First post from the male half of momentz photos :)

Challenging view angles and tree shadows over the track made for less than ideal conditions for my first attempt at some motorsport photography. I ended up with about 100 photos, and these are my favourites:

1923 Merc, 2.8l V8

I like the Alfa shot.
(The "new Lotus" looks like it's actually a Noble!)

Cool shots, all with the Pro 1?

My girlfriend, Kirst and myself drove through the domain during the event, and wondered what the heck was going on. Couldn't find a park, so didn't stop to take pics.

You should head over to POTN Activities sub-forum and look for "GKPE: General Ramblings"

There's about 20 Auckland members, ;)

Yeah, the confusion comes from the Noble M12 being able to buy them from Lotus Cars NZ.

There's one for sale now on lotuscars.net.nz for $139K (US$100K)

Ahh. That would be it. The driver is the owner of the lotus importer in NZ. See what you get for passing on second hand info... heh.

Yep, all shots taken with the pro1.

Nice shots. They do appear to be a little under exposed due to the shaded areas. It looks like you had tricky lighting to work with.
