Is this lens capable of performing better than the f4IS in the above described scenario? I would much prefer the isolation of f2.8 but im afraid to take the leap. IMG_6218.jpg LOL haha!! I meant when using a flash because sync is limited to 1/200 sec which is already 1/focal length of this lens. I think i can safely say that you never used flash for this pic The most important piece of gear you own, resides in your head and its called your brain.
