All three shots look very nice. They are all rendered slightly darker than optimum for my system - see what others say!

You were pushing your luck in #3 with 1/60". That slow a shutter would normally be marginal for anyone that might move, at all.

The lighting seems to be subdued and diffuse in all three shots, which is good for portrait work.

Color balance and exposures look good on all three, although I would guess that they are all three slightly underexposed. In fact, based on the histogram in PSCS2, the shots all seem to be from 0.5 stop to 1.0 stop underexposed.

Very nice shots - Congratulations!

I cropped only to keep file sizes small. Image->Adjustments->Levels in PSCS2. Set white point and adjusted mid tone brighter. That's all.
I probably overdid it a bit - so, somewhere between yours and my edits would probably be optimum.
