Honestly ....its a litte flat looking to me if that makes any sense.....the shadows are too light...if it was not for that it would be a nice photo.

Thanks Rosco, The original was shot in RAW and my fear was that I was leaving the shadows too dark until I came up with this, Maybe I need to take another look at one with darker shadows. I still have a lot to learn about when to stop editing an image.

with a fall color filter set, you can make it look fall... or just do it in photoshop :)

jbkala - thanks for the suggestion. I took this while at work and no longer work inthat area but it will be worth the drive back in the fall.

mbze430 - My PS skills aren't that good, actually they are pretty poor compared to work I have seen in this forum.

Thanks again

Good idea, but too much clutter in the forground blocking your subject. Possible move to the left to get around those trees and fence.

I agree with the others. It's kind of flat and boring. The fence in the foreground should be removed. It would be much better in fall with some color.

Hellshot & tcguy519, Thanks for the feedback, I will get back there in the fall. when this shot was take I was limited because it is a historic site, which was closed and had security fences. I agree about the the trees and clutter in the forground, thanks for pointing it out. But I thought I was adding foreground intrest by including the fence. Do you think it should be totally removed?, When I go back I will be able to get many POV.
