We are lucky enough to have a really serious local practice track that my girlfriend and I have almost exclusive rights at shooting pics for. It is also a lot of fun to be really good friends with the riders so we can have them ride certain areas of the track for pics...LOL

I like taking pics of the little guys :)
That little bit less speed really gives the camera (and photog) a chance to get some nice depth and clarity into the shot.

Thanks... it was taken with a 1DM2/70-200 2.8IS @ f/2.8 and 1/1000...

Using f2.8 is also why you used 1/1000th?

Well I like the bokeh from the 2.8 so yes I allowed the camera to pick my shutter...
