ACDsee and Canon do deal

This article was on Digital Camera News and states that Canon is using the ACDSee sdk to develop software for thier new camers. Hopefully they will incorporate a raw view in real time without conversion. That would make storing images truly awesome in raw format.

I saw that yesterday but the article headline says

"CANON INFORMATION SYSTEMS LICENSES ACD IMAGING SOFTWARE FOR LINE OF SMALL BUSINESS PERIPHERALS"

Are the cameras considered small business peripherals?

John,

Called my local Canon Rep and he says that they are. Canon does a lot of marketing as does Kodak to the corporate community for cameras like this. Hopefully he is right, some companys arent known for letting their reps in on everything. But I would think that they are included as well.
