I believe the Marbled Cellar Spider is a variety of pholcid (daddy-long-legs type true spiders). I discovered it in a box in the house this morning. Right as I was deciding whether or not to squash it, a new thought came to me: Why not take a picture of it? And so I did. And when I loaded it onto my computer, I was simply overwhelmed by just how disgusting its sinewy hairs were, its glistening body, its shiny joints on the underside of the cephalothorax...YUCK really is the word. So I colorized it and sent it to someone who likes blue.
