Not exactly sure what to do. I am planing on just using a bag of some sort and a rubber band to attach it to the end of the lens, any thoughts?

It looked kinda funny, but it sure works, and is the least obtrusive method.
I've never done a rain shoot (because brides usually don't want to stand in the rain...) but I'd consider this, even though it looks kinda funny. -Lloyd

I can post pics if you need. It works well i have done it for dusty and wet conditions. jon-g

Here's a few rainy day venue shots from the first wedding I ever shot. I love that you made a puddle..(how did you make a puddle?) absolutely makes me think that some of my more unusual behavior is actually pretty moderate... great photos by the way, as usual.... I will bring some pics of my last wedding tomorrow. It rain out so bad, but the front lawn of the Plantation was illuminated and I got some amazing storm pictures. Of course I had to practically swim from the main house to the car for batteries and misc gear.
