Anyone in the UK know where I can get a large eyecup for my 350D? I wear specs and need all the help I can get to peer through the viewfinder.

Also happened on my 20D.

Sorted with the aid of Blu-Tack :)

I super glued the extender EX-15, after removing the annoying glass pieces to my 350d! and got a new eye piece from a 20d on the front, doesnt move at all! I found my old 350d eye piece the little bits that push pressure on the sides were broke!! Check yours.

you must've not put on correctly. Mine is so tight, i wasn't able to remove it to place an eyepiece protector that came with the camera. Does source mfg country matters? I know early 350ds are from Taiwan or something. Mine's Made in Japan.

I re-arranged my case so that I now lay my camera in sideways. That seemed to be where I would pop it off the most, although I've dropped it a couple times while just having the camera rest against my chest on the strap. So far I havn't lost it in a toilet or anything, so I'm very grateful for that! LOL

Trust me, if it did, I'd be going without one!

Take a peice of scotch tape folder it in half so it was double sided and stick it on the right side and then pushed the eyecup down. i havent lost one since i did this. works perfectly.

I've a put one from a 20D onto my 350D/XT to be honest. Never had it come off yet and it also stops the dioptric adjustment knob from being bumped off where you set it.

Did the same thing and never had the problem again. However, I always have a spare in my bag.

I got the extender for my XT and liked it but realized after a day or two of shooting in Yosemite that the eyepiece was missing.

Has anyone tried this one from eBay or have any thoughts?
