Last week was a busy one for me. I shot two very different Scottish Weddings. First was at the Old Course hotel in St Andrews 'Home of Golf'. Second was a three day Indian Wedding in Edinburgh.

Still editing but I have enclosed two photos of the two brides getting ready for their big day...

I think I would soften the first one a little and maybe reduce a bit of shadows, I love the colors in the second...

Nice to see another Scot on the wedding forum :-)
What kind of flash did you use on the second one? I used a lightsphere on Saturday and it was incredible.... no shaddows on the backgrounds and a pretty natural look to most.

Nice images but I do think the white balance is slightly out but that may be my uncalibrated monitor. I've had WB problems with my images!

If your settings allow for image editing you would get some workups

Touched up the eyes, teeth, pearls and used the healing brush on skin areas.

interesting photos - I agree with sari, the second one is very striking and interesting.

I think the problem with the first one is that straight on portraits are never as flattering as side on portraits...
