Here a few shots of some deer I encounted beside the road while driving around Mitkoff Island which is where the beautiful norwegian town of Petersbug is located in South East Alaska.

Love those deer photos, SD. It has beautiful eyes.

I need to get lower for the bird shots and learn to get the sun in the right place, and learn to get the birds to face me better...LOL


I am soo far behind....work is taking me away from being trigger happy...LOL

Thanks, the deer was VERY cooperative...LOL

I also saw a porcipine (SP?) on the same drive, but could not get the jeep stopped and camera out fast enough to even get a hopeful shot off...
