Ug!! What did I do???

The exposure metering scale (in the display on top of the camera) is at a +1/3. I can not get it back to "0" I went into the menu and tried to change it, but it does not work. The AEB scale shows three lines that get further apart- but the center line remians at the +1/3 . Is this making any sence? IT is a real bother...

That's your auto-bracketing. Go into the menu and adjust it to one single exposure and adjust the EC to 0 via the rear dial.

It is currently at a single EX. I have tried turning the main large dial- nothing is happening...

I dont have my book handy- How do I get to the EC?

Make sure the on switch is in the second position, Than you can adjust your EC.

You might tell us which camera it is when you have this kind of problem, too. There are several ways of disabling the Quick Dial, and the 3x0Ds don't even have a QD. Steps for fixing EC also differ subtly among the models.
