Challenge #19 - Personal Pleasures

First off, I must admit, I stole this idea from the G-series challenges. But it seemed such a good idea, I just had to do it. ;)

For me, my personal pleasure would have to be making it to the top of a mountain when the elements are against me -- that feeling of being the master of my domain. (Though I'm not sure I'd want to take my camera out in those conditions!)

I want to see your take on your own personal pleasure. (But let's exclude people and pets from this category this time.) The photos that best convey that feeling of pleasure will be the most successful.

That's it! Best of luck to you all! :)

Lambs in spring. Playing with each other in the hills. Taken just after sun set. - My personal pleasure is to go walking in the hills and mountains of scotland, and take photos!

I love looking for and identifying fungi. These are morels, Morchella esculenta. A very popular and delicious wild edible mushroom. I found these on May 15th.

I love to travel, and to date have been to over 85 countries. This shot, taken with my A95 from the deck of a cruise ship, is of the harbor area of Curacau as the ship was pulling out.

It almost looks like a model.

all things bright and beautiful!

Since I started this hobby last summer, photographing birds has become an obsession and a joy. I saw these flamingos last week while vacationing at the San Diego Zoo. They were "discussing" nesting rights.
