What sort of accuracy does this type of shooting have? What's the gizmo over the barrel do? I was a very occasional shooter for a while 30 years ago. Got a few guns but with the photography I never seem to get to the range any more. Last thing was skeet which I really enjoyed. Dwight McCann

They have since transitioned to air rifles. We used all open sights. 10 shots standing, kneeling and prone. The targets were about the size of a .50 cent piece. With the 10 ring being a dot the size of a pencil point. Canon 7D
