I would crop in tighter on the second shot. To the left hand edge of the brides dress and cut out the bushes on the right hand side and a bit off the top.

It will be nice for the couple to have a shot of the whole room like you did in the first, however it looks wayyyy to busy to me. Maybe from a not quite as high angle to cut out some of that carpet?

I think that maybe kneeling on the floor (same floor everyone else is on) and using a wide angle lens would work, it would show the room, the guest, the couple, but not all that busy carpet pattern

#1 is busy, but I like it- shows them the whole display of where they got married.
#2- tighter crop and maybe some fill flash would be nice.
