Taken with my Tamron. Not the sharpest but this is the first time i ever tried.
300mm,ISO 100, f/7.1, 1/250

Thanks, I wish it was sharper but you cant expect much handheld at 300mm and 1/250 sec. I am selling this lens though. Ill be sending out the payment for my 70-200 f/4L in the next few days. That might help alittle.

Thought I would add 1 more. This one is alittle sharper Ithink. I just held the button down. First pic and this one are the only ones that turned out decent.
