I have a Canon G6 and an Epson Picturemate Deluxe printer
What is the best and easiest to use photo editing program to use
I have Photo Studio 5.5

Photoshop is the industry standard, but it's expensive and takes some time to learn. Once you learn it it's very powerful, and quite fast. Photoshop elements V3 is meant to have most of the features most people need, it's cheap, and you probably can upgrade from V2 that might've come with your camera. Scott Kelby writes great books to help you learn how to use it.
