Some kids in school hanging out. White balance was all wrong for the shot of the two outside, needed some serious playing around in PS to correct it. Had it on tungsten light :rolleyes:

No one? That bad/boring/technically rubbish/overPS'ed/gene​rally not worth commenting on?

Not asking for praise, more on how I can improve. if you don't like them and have constructive crit, jump in any time now... :confused:

The first one is generally a good shot - I'd get rid of the distracting bit in the bottom corner, and it's under-exposed.

The second shot would be a lot better if the head was not there in the bottom right corner.

Also, with regards the colour balance - if you try shooting in RAW, you can set the White balance afterwards by dragging a slider, and still keep perfect image quality.

The first shot is a nice "working portrait". It gives a clear view of who it is and what he's doing. Almost an environmental portrait- needs a little more environment though- books, pencils, paper, etc. The second one also needs a little more environment so we can see what's going on.

Yeah, they're nice...I love unposed shots but they're a little dark.
