i didn't have any concerns with digrev.
i have now purchased quite a few items from them, the most recent being the 10-22 and 50 1.4
both lenses arrived together.... and no tax grief

ron does have valid points, especially with regard to returns
we all have different circumstances so they may or may not be applicable to yourself
