I made sure to research them before ordering and just about everyone dealing with them online had something positive to say.btw, Dell charges tax don't they? Tax on a $3600 camera is quite a chunk of change. Yes, a little over $200 and living in the great state of Texas didn't help either. It still on back order, but the discount given by Dell made the tax a wash!!
